Sign up online or fill out a registration form in person at the Library.
-
Please sign up if you want to complete one of our Summer Reading Challenges! We have reading trackers for three different age groups. Pick one up at the library. Return your completed tracker to the library by August 9, 2025 for a prize!
-
All reading counts! We encourage you to read what you like. Graphic novels, audiobooks, eBooks, picture books, chapter books, novels, comics, and magazines are all excellent options. Want to try something new? Browse our summer reading suggestion lists or ask a librarian for suggestions! Want to reread an old favorite? That’s great, too!
Allowing children to choose their own reading material, regardless of format, even if they’ve read it before, is shown to promote lifelong reading habits!
-
Yes! The age ranges of the reading trackers are suggestions. Anyone can use any tracker. Choose the one that most appeals to you. You may also choose to complete multiple trackers. However, we will only give one prize (or raffle entry) per person.

Most of our programs/events are open to all. A few of our adult programs require registration to attend because space/supplies are limited. To reserve a space for these programs, please visit the library, call us at (603) 363 - 4621, or email frontdesk@chesterfieldlibrary.org
