Transforming Value into Color: Art Class Series

Saturdays, October 24th, 31st, November 7th, and November 14th, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Explore pencil techniques, demystify composition, and transform pencil to color! Topics include overcoming obstacles when working from photographs, finding composition, identifying problems and determining strategy, measuring and defining contour, applying values, understanding the color wheel, and transforming graphite values to color. Drawing experience is not required. Class size is limited to 8, ages 15 and over.
