We called Bresland. He has ordered the computers, etc. & will email Anderson tomorrow to let her know when they should be delivered. Anderson will contact Galluccio to let him know the delivery date.

Brockmann reported that Catherine Dial Weil is willing to be an alternate. We will keep her in the loop and she will attend meetings when her schedule allows.

2. Town Meeting results: 

Thanks to Goldberg’s turn at the mike our budget was passed.

1. Election of Officers: 

Postponed until next meeting. No quorum. Guyette & Cheever have to sign in at Town Offices before they can participate. Brockmann mentioned that she didn’t want to be the secretary any more. She will take over Fire Mutual Aid from Fryberger. LaRue now has the key to the Library.

2. Painting project: 

It has been suggested that we hire a professional. To be discussed at the next meeting.

3. April/May meetings/conferences. 

Anderson has the schedule.

8. Friend’s Group report/programs:

1. Library Trivia night: 

A great success. Are you smarter then the Librarian?

2. Authors’ contest: 

Program was a great success. Edie Clark, from Yankee Magazine, spoke & helped hand out the awards.

3. SRP: 

Anderson spoke to Tom Woodman about getting a summer counselor from Australia to speak at one program. Brockmann will contact Nancy Zeller re talking about sheep.

4. Annual meeting: Plant swap: 

We don’t know the date yet.

9. Other: 

We gave Fryberger a card & gift certificate to Toadstool & our thanks for keeping us budgeted. She did a great job. Hanson wasn’t in attendance so we couldn’t thank her but she will get a card & gift certificate also. We welcomed Ed Cheever & Karen Guyette as new Trustees.

Jon McKeon will be the Selectman Representative to our board. We hope he can attend some of our meetings.
