  1. Call to order:

  1. Secretary’s Report: 

Report on file with corrections.

  1. Treasurer’s Report:  

On file. We are in good shape. Painting needs to be done. Anderson will remind the custodian re same.

  1. Technology:

  1. Tech committee report: 

Goldberg curious about Centurion Guard – he checked with City of Keene- there is a new version- Cornerstone. About $400 or so for all the workstations.

  1. Tech Plan/Ocean Bank Grant: 

The Bank made the check out to the Friends. Fryberger requested that it be corrected.

  1. Policies (to work on):

  1. Public and school library policy:  

Anderson has spoken to Dion, Principal at school, re school & library liaison. Theresa Starkey will let Anderson book lists so we can flesh out what they have.

  1. Disaster plan/Co-op meeting:  

There is a plan on line available to New Hampshire . We input info & they will create the policy. Goldberg volunteered to input the info. Co-op meeting where different products (Destiny, Winnebago) are presented.

  1. Old Business:

  1. Video shelving: 

Has been produced but not here yet.

  1. Grounds/bldg. maintenance: 

Silvia Muir made a coloring book for the children of her plantings.

  1. SRP schedule complete: 

1214 books read. 87 children signed up. 74 actually participated. 40 met their goals or higher. The closing party was a success. Over 170 participated on the Green Mountain Train.

  1. Silent Auction: 

8/1 to 9/1. Donations in good shape. Goldberg will try to get chocolate.

  1. Summer Book Sale:

Same dates as S.A. Carol August found 2 books that are valuable. She will check with a book dealer she knows. A new, old book dealer, came in.

  1. New Business:

  1. Friend’s Group report/programs:

  1. Pie sale/Corn Roast:

Brockmann will read the HB226 final decision. Fryberger noticed graffiti on the hours sign. LaRue suggested that the custodian check to see if it is done again.
