  1. Tech/computers:

Galluccio got Winnebago to work on Vista. Winnebago will not be upgraded by Spectrum. We will have to watch this when Vista is upgraded. Sagebrush doesn't support Spectrum. When the tech support bill comes in Anderson will Galluccio research whether or not we should sign up again. Pinetree Cable is being bought out by Comcast. Walpole Library has not been able to access the State for 3 weeks. Other libraries are having the same problem. We need to be aware.

Discussion to bring Koopman & Goldberg up so date & how to publicize this.

  1. Personnel Policies:

We went over the policies. They will be voted on in April. Stohr will update them & Anderson will put them on a disk for the future.

  1. Technology plan 2007-2008:

Tabled until April.

LaRue did a great job on the brochure. Copies will be made & distributed at the Town Meeting.

Discussed. Anderson explained the history to new Trustees.

Will be ordered. Anderson explained to new Trustees.

Chilis conference April 5th in Plaistow; NHLA at Mt. Washington. $140/2 days, $57for food; $119/2=for 1 night: Total bill about $250.

  1. Telephone:

Desk phone seems to be out of order. Need to check the battery b4 buying another phone.

  1. Friends Group report/programs:

  1. Jason Purdy, magician, very successful:

About 200 people attended.

  1. Writers' Forum 3/30/07 with Archer Mayor:

At Town Hall. Stohr & Koopman will distribute flyers.

  1. Membership drive:

Going very well.

9:00pm to have goodies, thank Kate Stohr for all of her great work for the Library. Luckily she is still involved with the Endowment Fund.
